| Duplex Radio |

Digitrax has released a Digi-Fax to their dealers with info
about the pending Duplex Radio system.
They are in final beta test.
The new radio system will be fully compatible with all existing LocoNet products and will not
require any system upgrades.
There will be new throttles (DT402D and UT4D) and a new receiver (UR92).
There will be an upgrade for existing DT400 throttles.
Delivery fall 2008. No word on costs or upgrade costs.
The existing simplex radio system will continue to be available and will work along side of
the new radio system.

| D&RGW HON3 C-19 Locomotive |

The first announcement of the new Blackstone Models HOn3
Locomotive was made today at the National narrow Gauge Convention in Portland Oregon.
D&RGW C-19 a 2-8-0 consolidation, D&RGW class C-19. The C-19 will include
several well known early C-19's such as the 343, 345, 346, 347 and RGS 40! The C-19 will be
available with or without sound, a variety of paint schemes and optional weathering.
Part Numbers and ordering information will be distributed shortly. Introductory list price is $349
US$ without sound and $439 US$ with sound (both without weathering).

| D&RGW 800 Series Drop Bottom Gondola |

The first official announcement of the new Blackstone
Models HOn3 D&RGW 800 Series Drop Bottom Gondola was made today at the National
narrow Gauge Convention in Portland Oregon.
D&RGW 800 Series Drop Bottom Gondolas
The Blackstone Models Drop Bottom Gondolas are representative of the cars after the 1918
rebuild in which the coke racks were removed and an additional side board added, making them
resemble their 700 Series counterparts and the way they appeared to the end of their service.
Part Numbers and ordering information will be distributed shortly. Introductory MSRP on these
cars is $48.95 US$ for non-weathered versions and $52.95 US$ for weathered versions.

Models HOn3 D&RGW Class 5 Long caboose was made today at the National narrow Gauge

Blackstone Models Class 5 Caboose is representative of these cabooses numbered 0503, 0505,
0517, 0540, 0574 and a painted, unlettered version.

The first series of HOn3 D&RGW High Side Gondolas has
been announced. December is now early 2009. It includes cars with the Moffat Tunnel Herald,
Royal Gorge Route Herald and Flying Rio Grande herald. Cars will be available weathered and
